Forget password

1. In case you forget your password, please click:

• “Member Login” on the home page of the application (for Bitkub application), or
• “Login” on the home page of the website (for Bitkub website).

2. Click "Forgot Password".

3. Fill in the email address used with your Bitkub account to receive an email for password resetting (please check the junk or spam boxes in case the email cannot be found in the inbox).

4. Check the details stated in the email before clicking the "Reset Password" button.

5. Fill in the new password in both fields correctly and click "Confirm".

Recommendation: A password must meet the following requirements:

• Your password needs to contain at least 12 characters.
• Your password needs to contain numbers (0-9) and alphabets.
• Your password needs to contain both uppercase (A-Z) and lowercase letters (a-z).
• Your password needs to contain some special character (!@#$%^*-_+=).

When you change your password successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to your Bitkub account.

Attention: After changing the password successfully,

• You will not be able to submit a THB withdrawal for 24 hours.
• You can submit a crypto withdrawal as usual. However, the system may take a little more time to verify it for security.

• In case you cannot access both your Bitkub and email accounts, please contact Bitkub Support for assistance.
