Modified on Fri, 23 Feb at 3:15 PM

If you change your ID card or passport, please contact our Bitkub Support to request an information update.

After we receive your request, our team will send you the Persona link via email.

Once you receive it, please follow the steps below.

1. Click on the Persona link attached to the email. (The link begins with https://bitkub.withpersona.com/... or http://withpersona.com/..., and the email must be sent from support@bitkub.com only.)

2. Select your nationality, and click “Next”.

  • You can change the language by using the tool at the bottom left. Please see the below screenshot.

3. Fill in your Bitkub account’s information correctly, and click “Submit.

4. Take a photo of your new identity document by clicking on the green button with the camera symbol.

  • Take a photo of the front of your new ID card (for Thai nationals).
  • Take a photo of the biometric page of your new passport (for non-Thai nationals).
  • Click on the “Upload a photo” button to upload the photo from your photo album, or
  • Click on the “Add a photo from another device” to continue on a different device.

  • For Thai nationals, once the photo of the front of your new ID card is accepted, the system will direct you to take a photo of the back of your new ID card.

Please hold your ID card still in the frame displayed on the screen and click the “Take photo” button to take a photo of the back of your ID card.

5. Take your selfie photo.

  • Click “Get started” to start taking your selfie with your device’s camera.
  • Click “Take a selfie on another device” if you want to upload the prepared selfie.

  • When taking a selfie, please look straight, and then slightly turn your face to the left and right as instructed by the system accordingly.
